Naazindhri
“Without Soulbinder Naazindhri, the immense army of the Shadowguard would not exist. Coaxing the souls of ethereals out of the Twisting Nether, the Soulbinder binds them in living silk and in purpose to serve the Shadowguard. While using the Shadowguard to defend herself, she also considers them her children. Slaying them will only focus her ire.”

Mechanics
There are three adds to deal with on this encounter with their own unique abilities and ways to deal with them. In order of importance, they are Mages, Phaseblades, and then Assassins. In all likelihood, these will be dying fast enough to where we don’t even really interact with their mechanics, but they’re worth mentioning first. Importantly, we have to break them out of cages to interact with them.
Mage: Void Burst
Mages will cast this and it must be kicked. It’s gray screen simulator for the healer otherwise.

Interrupt
Phaseblade: Phase Blades
Bro there’s gotta be a better name for this spell lmao. Anyway, this is just some moderate damage that needs to be healed through.
Adds
Healer
Soulfray Annihilation
A random player will get a beam assigned to them. Point the beam toward a cage and wait for an orb to shoot at you. Dodge the orb and watch the cage break to release a prisoner just like in Super Mario 64 on that mountain stage.

Soulfire Convergence
A few players will be assigned these and need to run away from the group. They’ll explode and send orbs in every direction, much like Ky’veza.

Strategy
TLDR
- Taunt swap on Mystic Lash
- Face beams at cages and dodge the orb once it appears
- Interrupt Mages, avoid stacking up too close with Assassins, and use defensives if a Phaseblade is targeting you
- Take Soulfire Convergence out of the raid. You’ll shoot out orbs that can damage allies
- At two minutes into the fight, the boss will do a big AoE (use defensives) and release the remaining adds. AoE them down and chain CC them to prevent things from getting out of control
Pre-Release Content Warning
These guides are best guesses based on available information from PTR boss testing, player speculation, and the in-game dungeon journal. Their accuracy is not guaranteed, but understanding the spirit of the encounters and how their mechanics interact is what’s truly important.
Take what’s said here with a grain of salt and be ready to adapt on raid day.
